Scope of Function:

Support and partner with the different CTI Regional Services Senior Managers on Service Quality, Strategic and Transformation activities and Safety and Soundness initiatives and remediation programs.

Principle Responsibilities

• Support Business and Tech Strategy and communicate such requirement to Regional and Global CTI Services.

• Ensure the effectiveness of the ongoing interlock with Tech to partner them to drive major activities which includes:

• Build the Bank:

• Support and ensure the execution of Sector's major projects.

• Support and ensure execute Strategic and Tactical initiatives.

• Communicate Product Roadmap (EUC and AHS) to ISD and support queries and adoptions.

• Engage in financial discussions including budget planning, forecasting and infrastructure planning for new projects which includes estimation on green and recoveries which span across CTI Services.

• Run the Bank:

• Drive stability and resiliency by partnering with the CTI, Production management and application development to ensure that CTI services meet the defined SLA's and the right level of infrastructure monitoring.

• Ensure the effectiveness of Service Management functions which includes Major CTI change interlocks, monitoring, performance, and capacity management.

• Oversee and support teams during MIMs management and RCAs remediation.

• Partner with CTI teams and tech teams to drive Safety and Soundness which includes EOVS remediation, GEMS and VTM.

• Partner with ISD to be informed on ongoing CTI recoveries.

• Partner with the CTI services to deliver for business-specific infra needs (tools/operation/tuning) in Batch (Mainframe), Middleware, Database, security software and API/cloud software management (all non-shared platform with software components).

• Participate in the regular interlocks with Tech/ISD to support their initiatives such as new/enhanced Product offering in CTI Services.

• Support and partner with the Asia Product Virtual team comprising of ISD, Financial and Client Infrastructure Financial Operations Regional and Global on the Annual Rate Card exercise.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in technology industry
• 1 - 3 years of experience in supporting relevant products
• 7+ years of experience in Client Service Management
• Advanced skill level MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and other Data Analysis tools.
• Strong Presentation skills in MS PowerPoint
• Exposure to technology industry
• Experience in Technology, Finance and Business Management
• Broad knowledge of other functional and technical areas
• Strong interpersonal Skills and managing senior stakeholders both internal and external
• Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
