Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents at the client\xe2\x80\x99s site including installation, of applications, servicing of peripherals to ensure customer satisfaction and service operation are achieved
User\xe2\x80\x99s account administration and simple server administration
To reformat and re-setup Windows/Mac/Linux machines
To troubleshoot Windows/Mac/Linux Operating Systems and applications
Setting up peripherals devices and any equipment required
Provide desktop support at customer\xe2\x80\x99s site
Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests of allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction
First level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a Lan/Wan environment
To provide standby support for the deployment at client\xe2\x80\x99s site
Install customers\xe2\x80\x99 applications on selected computing devices including patch deployment and upgrades
Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as Required or Assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or similar industry experience.
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a technical service role, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, desktop software application and network environments. Familiarity with Mac and Linux environment will be an advantage.
Good communication skills, analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
Able to work with the team or independently with minimum supervision
Good customer service and support attributes
Self-motivated and eager to learn
