As we continue to expand into new geographies and existing countries throughout APAC (Asia Pacific) we are seeking an individual with the ability to self-direct and who has a strong communication skills and a background in Datacenter Construction, with an emphasis on telecoms project/construction management.

The Regional Director of Integration and Technical Infrastructure Management (ITIM) requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, strong business acumen and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment across a large number of projects. They will be accountable for managing a diverse and agile team executing parallel Build, Lease and Edge projects across the wider APAC region and must possess exceptional planning and communication skills.

• In cooperation with the Global Build Management Leader, Regional Leadership, this position aligns Global, regional and metro wide delivery strategies to local team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts.
• Manage, execute, and track compliance with Global and Regional OKRs.
• The successful candidate will shape, lead and model Industry leading Safety Management practices.
• Support, grow and develop a team of ITIM professionals including identification and management of vendor and Full Time Employee resource needs in region. Hire, on-board, manage and develop diverse talent across the Region in line with demand and workload needs.
• Apply a \xe2\x80\x98growth-mindset\xe2\x80\x99 philosophy to the day-to-day tasks and ensure that any deficiencies identified within the processes/framework are addressed and improvements are implemented.
• Collaborate with peers in DC Operations, DC Engineering, Security, End to End and partner execution teams to identify and execute on delivery synergies.
• Be strategically focused, collaborate and identify opportunities and execution strategies to improve Time To Market in new and existing GEOs.
• Identification and documentation of sub-regional safety, working hour, regulatory or compliance issues that may impact the execution of the above, and ensuring this is factored into our planning.
• Accountable for fiscal management of the Regional ITIM Opex portfolio.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should have the following skills/experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, construction management or similar field experience.
• 10-15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in telecommunications design, engineering or construction related project management.
• Client or Contractor Datacenter construction or management experience.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience managing large scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams.
• RCDD or equivalent technical accreditation preferred.
• Cross-group collaborator and influencer across teams and organizations with proven success in participating in cross-functional teams to deliver on key projects.
• Must be able to work within a dynamic team of full-time employees and consultants.
