Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing APAC service contracts according to internal company policies
  • Provide legal advice to operations on issues relating to personal data protection, contracts, risk management
  • Drafting and reviewing internal company policies and template documents
  • Ensure internal legal policies are complied, such as compliance manual, assist in organising compliance materials
  • Work closely with operations, audit, risk departments within APAC region at all levels in building internal controls
  • Provide corporate secretarial support such as reviewing board resolutions and supporting documents for APAC entities
  • Provide support for ad hoc Legal & Compliance projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Legal or Accountancy
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Legal, risk, compliance or audit
  • Prior experience working in regional headquarters/ office supporting overseas countries preferred
  • Knowledge in personal data laws or personal data issues is advantageous
  • Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills
