Location/Division Specific Information APAC Life Science and Laboratory Products Group Discover Impactful Work: Make a significant impact to the business performance by institutionalising and maintaining a program of pricing excellence. Partner with the commercial and functional team to drive revenue and bottom-line growth. A day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve price realisation targets.
  • Acts as a trusted strategic partner to commercial leaders to lead pricing and optimize profitability.
  • Works closely with the leadership to develop a culture of pricing excellence and best practices across the organization.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement on pricing processes and policies which includes approval and compliance matrix.
  • Develop long-term pricing strategy across the entire product life cycle for the assigned portfolio
  • Establish agile and short-term pricing tactics to circumvent challenges.
    • Lead ongoing pricing activities (eg. pricing performance review and new product launches) across the organisation.
Keys to Success: Education A degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Experience
  • Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucial
  • Experience with pricing and business development strategies preferred
  • Able to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation
  • Ideally with 5-8 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous setting and to be able to simplify complexity
  • Self-reliant and a problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvement.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with Power BI and pricing solutions such as CPQ is ideal
