Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Regional Manager

to lead our

Large-Format Printer (LFP)

business across the region. This role is responsible for driving growth in the

textile printer segment

, managing the software and solutions portfolio, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer engagement.


The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the LFP industry, particularly in textile printing applications, and demonstrate proven success in developing regional strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving business growth.

Key Accountabilities

Business Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement regional business strategies focused on

textile printing

and

software solutions

. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer insights to drive sustainable growth. Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure strategic alignment with corporate objectives.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Lead regional sales operations to achieve revenue targets across

hardware, textile, and software

categories. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners. Track performance metrics and execute corrective actions to ensure business objectives are met.

Product & Solution Management

Oversee regional deployment and adoption of

textile printing technologies

and

software platforms

. Provide structured market feedback to headquarters to support continuous product improvement. Ensure products are effectively positioned to meet customer needs and maintain market competitiveness.

Team Management & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of

sales, technical, and support professionals

. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Implement succession planning and ongoing talent development initiatives.

Operational Excellence

Oversee operational efficiency across

sales, service, and support functions

. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and financial reports. Manage budgets effectively and drive continuous improvement projects.
