My Client is a leading and prominent company in the HVAC industry. It is a global provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services. They offer a wide range of HVAC products for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Their product portfolio includes air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, thermostats, ventilation systems, and indoor air quality solutions.
The company is known for its energy-efficient and environmentally friendly products that aim to provide comfort while minimizing environmental impact.
Responsibilities
Training:
Developing and implementing training programs based on identified needs.
Delivering training sessions or coordinating with trainers for employee training.
Creating and managing training materials, including manuals and presentations.
Evaluating training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with other departments to align training with organizational goals.
Providing instruction and education to customers and internal employees on product usage.
Coordinating with Customer Service to identify customer training and support needs.
Managing training budgets and ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
Tracking employee progress and providing feedback to supervisors.
Developing and managing the regional training calendar.
Publishing training and certification completion reports to regional leadership.
Warranty Management:
Reviewing warranty claims for compliance with criteria.
Following up on warranty issue resolution.
Consolidating regional warranty claims and ensuring closure with the factory.
Analyzing warranty data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborating with product development, quality control, and customer service to improve product quality and reduce warranty claims.
Experience Requirements :
Mininum 3-5 years of overall industrial work experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC Commercial Products would be an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years work experience in installation, upgrades and services in a Regional Role
Thorough understanding of market dynamics including industry trends
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources in both graphic and verbal format, while easily translating them to the target audience
Advanced skills with Microsoft, CRMs and other sales related platforms like Salesforce
Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.
