Roles & Responsibilities

The Regional Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy which must be in line with our company\'s objectives and customers\' needs. He/she also manages the content requirements and creates content strategy deliverables across the product lifecycle including content audits (qualitative analyses of all the content on a network of sites and social media platforms) as well as gap analyses. A. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulates marketing objectives and develops communications plans aligned with the brand principles and positioning
  • Communicates with principals, where applicable, for brand directions and updates, brand building support, marketing materials (advertising and action images, product images, press kits, POPs, catalogs), presentation materials and retail guidelines and communicates the same to partners
  • Creates, as applicable, brand guidelines, brand presentation, product training presentation and key account presentation for internal and external use of partners/distributors
  • Prepares marketing budget for internal approval, controls effective use of funds and ensures implementations of plans are within budget
  • Manages the preparation, coordination and timely execution of regional marketing activities
  • Regularly coordinates with partners on local marketing plans from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation
  • Monitors implementation of marketing plans across covered markets and ensures objectives are aligned, guidelines followed
  • Establishes relationship and network with retail and marketing partners, media and event organizers for relevant projects
  • Briefs advertising and PR agencies on marketing plans and activities, budget and timeline and ensures smooth implementations are conducted
  • Evaluates effectiveness of marketing programs and provides post-program marketing report and metrics to analyze ROI
  • Handles all marketing-related matters and correspondences
  • Conceptualizes and prepares marketing materials and ensures inventory of marketing materials is maintained with budget levels while meeting promotion timeline
  • Conducts market research through monitoring of competitors\' marketing strategies and programs
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the leader
