A rarely available Regional Marketing Manager job has just arisen at a global skincare company. About the Regional Marketing Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of one of their business units, this is role for a marketer looking to round out their experience across channels and markets. In this business critical role, you will spearhead the launch of one of their key brands in Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the development of annual brand planning, including business objectives, strategies, and translation of strategies to marketing programmes and campaigns aligning to global and regional strategic direction
  • Develop marketing strategy for new and existing products for the brand including planning and resource allocation
  • Lead the implementation of marketing programs (campaigns, events, PR campaign) from concept to execution, driving collaboration among internal and external partners
  • Work closely with sales teams to meet commercial objectives by developing appropriate tools and guidance to drive utilisation
  • Develop and implement the marketing team objectives by ensuring team mobilisation, cohesion, consistency and clear activity allocation
  • Provide input to long-term business unit development including portfolio and market access strategy
  • Partner with internal marketing teams alongside with agencies to develop, manage and execute an annual 360-degree communication calendar
  • Develop and manage the regional budget
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment, trends and monitor brand\xe2\x80\x99s performance and integrate insights to tactical solutions and organisational structure to ensure the performance desired is achieved
To succeed in the Regional Marketing Manager role, you will have a track record in managing launches in this region. Key Requirements:
  • Education with science background and marketing or business MBA
  • At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the skincare or aesthetic industry with successful track record in marketing
  • Good knowledge of healthcare or medical channels with experience marketing to both HCPs consumers
  • Experience with successful product launches involving KOL relationship management to above-the-line consumer activation
  • Regional experience across Asia Pacific or Southeast Asia
  • Strategic and operational with financial acumen
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and business, legal and regulatory environments
