We're looking for a merchandising intern to join our team to support our High-End (Watches & Jewellery) categories.
Job responsibilities
Reporting
Weekly Reporting & Updates (Weekly overview, Store ranking, CM report, Pending HWHJ follow-up)
Showroom prep
Update reports for bi-weekly and monthly calls with country merch and key stores for sales review and action plans
Caravans
Coordinate stock transfers following our validated stock assortment & animation format
Operations
Preparation of High-End category campaigns
Coordination of watch orders & follow up with Supply Chain
Coordination follow ups of non-selling tools - Packaging, trunks, certificates, props
Store & Client enquiries and activate stock transfers with Supply Chain
Assist in stocks coordination for Pop-ups, Store Openings, Upgrade & ad-hoc activations
Sending of GIA to stores as requested to complete the process of a high jewelry sale
Communication
Weekly newsletters
Sharing and updating of tools (assets, product news, delivery ETAs etc.)
Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is able to commit for a full time 6-month internship from January to June 2026, who is exploring a career in this industry, has a keen interest in watches and jewelry, and is proactive and eager to learn.
He/she must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) as he/she will assist in presentation slides and data reporting as well as good organizational skills. Interpersonal skills are required as he/she will be attached to the Merchandising Department and will be given the opportunity to liaise with cross-functional departments in this dynamic organization, including retail stores.
