Job Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional stakeholders and Operations teams to develop and drive OMS - First Choice and other strategic Ops-Ex programs regionally in line with Strategy 2025
  • Drive OMSFC transformation, Continuous Improvement and deliver efficiency by implementing OMS-First Choice and Lean Management principles in the day to day operations (focus First Choice tools, Capability building & others).
  • Work with regional and country discipline leads & OMS teams to establish OMS First Choice Standards to deliver/delight our customers.
  • Further develop & leverage the Operational and performance data (in collaboration with OMS data systems, and Ops Performance Management) to deliver bottom-line improvements, enable data driven decision making and execution focus at Operations level across all businesses
  • Collaborate with regional teams and peers to build local/ in-country skills and capabilities to deliver OMSFC, and 'First Choice' agenda
Job Requirements
  • Strong operational background and Ops-Ex experience in the supply chain industry
  • Good knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Transport and Transport Systems
  • Project and Programme Management experience in a highly matrix environment
  • Understanding & experience in implementing Standardization and OMS First choice (Six-Sigma, Lean Management, and/or Continuous Improvement tools and programs)
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualizations (e.g. PowerBI, etc.) to drive transparency and improvements is desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills across all levels
  • Creative/innovative and result oriented mindset is a plus
  • Ability to influence decision and facilitate change management
  • Advanced proficiency in Office365 tools
