About This Role
To ensure we maintain our best-in-class support at Circles Life, we are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented professionals who can lead and drive continuous process excellence, key projects and performance OKRs across regional markets.
The successful candidate will be our key driver in setting the strategy, develop the relevant processes and motivate the Operations team to work towards providing a best-in-class operations team (i.e. digital customer onboarding processes, partner strategy, department engagements and performance management). This person also needs to be obsessed with customer excellence and have a continuous improvement mindset for a digitized & smart way of working, especially comfortable with the \xe2\x80\x9calways-on\xe2\x80\x9d nature of the digital landscape.
The role will be based in the Singapore.
