Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics industry. They are looking for a Regional Operations Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East\xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. Duties
- Responsible for managing Internal and external stakeholder to ensure effective operation efficiencies to support business growth and development.
- Responsible for driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity within the team
- Responsible for managing the key performance indicators or operation excellence drivers per the above-mentioned tasks (execution plan, utilization management, knowledge management and communications).
- Responsible to ensure account management team actively engage assigned customers in business and performance reviews
- Responsible to identify opportunities to improve the operations, proactively reinforce and iterate on our processes and create standardized business processes that result in increase of performance and provide negotiation of difficult matters to drive outcomes
- Responsible for documenting, analysing and mapping the current and future requirements and processes, as part of a defined standardization framework and alignment across the region
- Responsible for APAC market updates and call out to customer with mitigation plan
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
- Experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Operations is a must
- Proficiency in MS office
