Our client is a Swiss equipment manufacturing company, and an exciting Regional Order Processing & Logistics Manager has just become available. This is a role for someone who is a seasoned team leader with hands on experience in order process management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership and supervision of the Order Processing & Logistics team, overseeing daily process workflows and schedules.
- Chair weekly meetings with manufacturing facilities to ensure the timely fulfillment of delivery commitments.
- Collaborate closely with regional Project Execution teams to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for end-consumer requests and feedback, addressing them effectively.
- Facilitate and ensure the seamless execution of orders for both short-term and long-term projects.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of inputs.
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in order processing and logistics.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities through prior experience in managing sizable teams.
- Display proficiency in utilizing the SAP system for efficient operations.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of documentation and processes related to customs clearance, import and export, and Letter of Credit.
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing hands-on tasks and strategic planning.
- Showcase excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
