Responsibilities * Drive Ninja Van's digital paid & performance marketing priorities with local teams achieve regional & local business goals and acquire customers * Partner with country perform Responsibilities Drive Ninja Van's digital paid & performance marketing priorities with local teams achieve regional & local business goals and acquire customers Partner with country performance marketing leads to identify areas of optimization, testing and development to improve digital marketing efforts Monitor regional & local results to provide monthly report of performance marketing efforts vs KPIs Weekly status calls with countries on digital campaign review & follow-up on action points Build regional digital performance reports to stakeholders Identify digital media channels, formats & solutions/tools that will deliver digital campaign goals effectively in SEA markets Work with key media & tech partners to identify new opportunities for testing & GTM rollout, and provide upskilling resources to country teams Govern and manage admin of Google, Facebook Ad Accounts & other ad tech platforms Support the creation/update of latest Performance Marketing guidelines & best practices to be cascaded to countries Requirements Minimally 3-5 years experience in Digital Performance Marketing or related/relevant roles - Including Paid Search, Display, Video type of campaigns Hands-on knowledge with digital advertising technologies & tools (Eg Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok for Businesses etc) Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer is a plus Understanding of dashboard tools (Google Data Studio, Metabase etc) Excellent stakeholder management capabilities - ability to engage with regional functions & local teams effectively Keen understanding of digital marketing trends Self-starter who can work independently, with a can-do attitude Excellent communicator, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
