Shape and execute Shopee's affiliate marketing roadmap and budget strategy
Act as the subject matter expert for the Shopee Affiliate Program, strengthening operations across multiple affiliate channels, building robust tracking frameworks, and establishing best practices to drive long-term performance
Lead performance insights across the affiliate ecosystem: produce analytical reports, uncover emerging trends, and translate data into actionable strategies for growth
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and local marketing teams to design, optimize, and continuously evaluate performance strategies
Track and assess campaign performance versus business targets, evaluating the success and ROI of strategic projects while surfacing opportunities for optimization
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to inform market-specific approaches and provide regular strategic updates to senior leadership
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
At least 5 years of total working experience
Data-driven, structured thinker who can translate analysis into strategy
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and cross-country internal teams and external partners
Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage complexity across teams and regions
Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines
