Build the future of insurance with us by doing what you do best. We are seeking an experienced data-driven communications practitioner to join us as we scale up and expand in the SEA region. You will own and lead the region\'s PR, Social and Content Marketing activities, crafting communications strategies that support Igloo\'s partnerships and product launches. Championing Igloo\'s mission of providing affordable insurance for all, you will join our highly driven and talented team to build insurance products that are accessible and simple for everyone who needs them. Join us if you desire to create impact and do good. Work with our teams across Singapore, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. THE ROLE:

• Build and manage agency and PR relationships with influential print, digital and broadcast journalists or thought leaders in APAC, as well as influencers across social media
• Build and manage B2B and B2C PR and Content Roadmap across social channels, thought leadership platforms, events and conferences
• Be the eyes and ears of trends, developments, or big opportunities that develop in any of our APAC markets
• Navigate proactive press relations, crisis comms, and reactive press incidents with composure, authenticity and integrity
• Ensure we are building a steady drum of coverage that positions us in good standing
• Partner with data and country teams stakeholders to bring our data to the masses in exciting ways that drive audience growth and coverage.
• Be a master wordsmith for our products on B2B2C and B2C content across platforms, including web and app.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 4-8 years of in-house and agency PR experience that spans Corporate, Consumer and B2B PR, preferably in tech/fintech
• Proven track record of successfully building, fostering and leveraging press relationships; managing agencies across the region
• Significant experience building brand awareness, generating traffic and links through PR efforts
• Driven measurable impact and results across a high performing communications team
• A superb writer and big creative who can distil complex topics into simple and compelling narratives
• Suitable experience managing social media channels, and engaging with influencers
• Experience with the broad suite of social and content management platforms and tools
• Passion for content of all types written, visual and video, and bringing stories to life in unique ways
• Experience leading, running and measuring successful PR and social campaigns
• Self-Starter; Resourceful with ability to set and prioritize goals
• Strong data, analytical and critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Benefits:
