About the roleWithin the global or region strategy, projects, and expansion, develop a new way of working and provide training, process continual improvement, and support to production in order to meet short, medium, and long-term production goals, whilst complying with customer requirements, rules, laws, and regulations.Key responsibilities include Equipment design validation or evaluation or troubleshooting Assessment of chocolate processes or equipment communicates with all relevant stakeholders on the result of the process/production project. Identify areas to improve 5KPIs - Productivity, Quality, Safety, Hygiene, and Peoples, and define the savings/benefits and evaluation. Define and develop Standard Work procedures within the corporate guideline. Best Practices sharing within the region and globally. Perform trial on new equipment or process at vendor lab, evaluate the solutions to technical problems related to the production process and share the results with stakeholders. Process troubleshooting and propose solutions jointly with internal and external stakeholders. Developing and building people's capability and ability in the process Evaluate all technical problems related to the production process and propose a solution Transfer new process or procedure to the production. Participate in production 5 KPIs problem solving and provide guidance to the production team on analysis and solution. Develop and coordinate the corrective actions plan to support production projects. Create training material and conduct process training for stakeholders following the OSCO Training Frame Work protocol. Recipe and product development: In relation to Production, PD & QA, develop new product Participate in NPI meetings to understand the customer's needs and requests. Assist online industrial trial. Assist in product transfer from site to site. Collaborate with team to define product process and process parameters achieving high new product launching or transfer success rate. Develop and evaluate new packaging. Internal stakeholders QA: On food safety, complaint, quality, and audit Maintenance/Engineering: Upkeep of the machine and factory, process modification; continuous improvement R&D: Development of new product and update of process changes, troubleshooting, RCA Sales commercial: Customer feedback/ new request Regional Project: Project process validation Plant Manager: Process improvement, new startup or trial, product transfer External stakeholders BC Counterpart: Provide input and exchange information, carried out trial requested for projects Customer: Provide process technical support Supplier/vendor: As the task force for the project.About you A University degree is preferable in a technical field (food science, engineering degree) At least 2 years of relevant experience within a food industrial environment Basic management knowledge Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills using 5 Why's, parato, fishbone diagram, or RCA Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with international and external clients Strong coordination and organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
