About the Role

We are seeking a

Regional Procurement Engineer

who is a

Registered Pharmacist (SPC-registered)

to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on

procurement activities across the ASEAN region

, with a strong emphasis on

oncology-related pharmaceutical products

. You will play a key role in driving supplier management, sourcing strategy, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting business growth in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on oncology-related items, across ASEAN markets. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply. Collaborate with regional suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency. Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing strategies within oncology and pharmaceutical segments. Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including SPC regulations. Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships. Support business development teams with procurement insights and product availability assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field.

Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)

- mandatory. Proven experience in

procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. Familiarity with

oncology products

and regional pharmaceutical market dynamics will be highly advantageous. Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional role, with occasional travel within ASEAN
