The Talent

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product marketing, with strong preference for consumer electronics experience
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis and product strategy development
• Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market in multiple geographies
• Excellent analytical skills and excel capabilities
• Experienced producing polished reports in PowerPoint

The Job

• Build short and mid-term strategies for categories and take ownership of executing across region
• Continuously monitor core KPIs, adapting strategy when necessary to achieve goals
• Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify gaps and opportunities to drive category growth
• Lead regional go-to-market strategy and new product launches, working closely with subsidiaries to ensure full readiness and excellence in execution
• Regularly and actively communicate with category teams in HQ and subsidiaries to ensure full understanding and alignment with global and regional strategies
• Work with global product planning to influence product roadmap, positioning, and pricing for Southeast Asia & Oceania region
• Provide regular progress to HQ leadership
