Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pmGeneral The position is responsible for providing assistance to the Project Manager/ImplementationManager in Implementation and Internal and External Enhancement projects. They are required towork with various internal stakeholders (Department Managers, Operations Managers, RegionalAccount Managers) and external stakeholders (Customers) in order to on board and stabilise newbusinessesImplementation Executive Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Plan, Manage and execute implementation/on boarding of new businesses2. Support the Program/Project Manager on various Internal and External customer projectsand initiatives bya. Creating GANTT Chartsb. Project Flow Diagramsc. Writing and Developing Standard Operating proceduresd. Conducting training with local branch officese. Managing Key progress meetings and providing regular updates to theproject/implementation stakeholdersf. Developing Report Automationg. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enhancement and deploymenth. New EDI implementation with ITi. Process enhancementj. Create and Review Work Instruction (WI) developed by other account teamsk. Provide consultation and support on business aspects for Regional ITSkillset Requirements1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint2. Able to learn new systems and software quickly3. Experience in at least one aspect of freight forwarding Operations. Export or Import,Preferable if experienced in both.4. Detail oriented and able to manage their own schedule well.5. Has good time management6. Strong Team player7. Responsible and able to work remotely to deliver key tasks completed on time8. Good interpersonal skillsExperience and Qualifications1. Graduated from college or university with majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation,International Business or related majors2. 2 yearsxe2x80x99 minimum experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry3. Air/Ocean Freight experience is a PLUS
