Job Description

:

• Manages the implementation of a large and complex telecom project on time, on scope, and within the defined budget, ensuring the quality of execution and customer satisfaction. Drives the project team and manages the customer relationships within the scope of the contract. Reports progress to the project GPM and escalate any problems that go beyond immediate solutions as they arise.
• The Project is related to Telecom Tower Construction/Retrofit, Telecom Equipment Installation & Commissioning, Fiber Cable Outside Plant/FTTX Implementation, Telecom AC/DC Power Construction/Upgrade.
• Able to relocate to either Visayas or Mindanao, or currently lives there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contractual obligation of the deployment part of the project (scope of work, milestones, customer pre-requisites...) and budget forecast and develop a detailed roll-out plan. Clarify scope and processes with the customer when needed.

• Prepare and maintain a resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools.

• Plan and manage all deployment activities including site surveys, site documentation, site preparation, on site deliveries, installation and acceptance. Ensure all activities are compliant with project documentation and applicable procedures (with specific attention to Quality Management Systems, Environment, Health and Safety as well as strict compliance with Globe standard operating procedures)

• Manage own deployment teams and subcontractors. Take ownership of site inspection processes, ensuring that site inspectors are trained to provide detailed reporting and thorough site progress evaluation.

• Manage and develop interfaces with customer for all deployment activities. Perform regular internal meetings to monitor progress and solve potential issues. Provide regular customer reporting and customer feedback meetings (progress, schedule, quality, non-compliance incidents)

• Provide regular verbal and written reporting to the project GPM (detailed internal reporting over and above the customer reporting)

• Monitor performance of subcontractor and provide feedback to procurement and management. Agree on communication and action towards material suppliers and subcontractors.

• Build an optimization plan to reduce costs, control quality, improve on the completion schedule and increase customer satisfaction

• Support the GPM
