Oversees overall schedule for a part/process/program NPI development builds from prototypes to mass production
Define concise goals and objectives within project framework
Initiate meetings and agendas to fulfil goals and objectives
Communicate between product designer and internal product development team design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
Liaise with strategic suppliers in managing quality, supply and cost
Arrange for reviews or meetings to surface issues and derive optimal robust solutions that satisfy customer\'s product and quality needs

Job Requirement:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process is an advantage
Open to travel overseas.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory as per work scope required
