About The Role

• Active sourcing for healthcare/ nursing applicants across the region with applicants market mapping, including conducting preliminary telephone interviews.
• Brief candidates about the job opportunities and provide professional consultation individually
• Preparing candidates for interviews with Clients and provide feedback post interview.
• Preparation of applicants documents and organising interviews with clients.
• Become an expert in nursing recruitment using our CARE methodology which includes project planning and sourcing, offer management and pipeline building.
• Utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the clients open position, create and maintain a talent bank, shortlist and recruit the most suitable talent for our healthcare clients.
• Help to create a high-performance culture.
• Strong data-driven mentality, multi-tasking and time management, ability to use technology and solid aptitude for learning are critical to this role.
