The team for you to join

The main focus of the role will be providing regulatory support across business units such as Food Cultures and Enzymes, Animal and Plant Health, as well as a newly acquired portfolio HMO (Human Milk Oligosaccharides). This role provides opportunities to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality and R&D.

What would your role look like?

  • Prepare, compile and support product registrations.
  • Maintain existing approvals and ensure timely renewals to ensure market access continuity.
  • Support each Business Units\' Sales team and key customers on regulatory inquiries, including preliminary advice on country requirements. Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to ensure compliance and successful business expansions.
  • Ensure that all regulatory tasks are logged appropriately (eg. Salesforce, Share point, relevant databases) so that tracking can be done for midyear/ and full year reporting.
  • Maintain and compile existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents relevant for Asia Pacific region.
  • Monitor internal and external legislative changes and share of such information within business.
  • Actively seek to identify, minimize, and communicate risks to the business.
  • Undertake general duties and be part of projects including New Product Development, as required by the business.
  • Coordinate activities/ meetings/ seminars and be operationally involved.
Who are we looking for?
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate with Degree in Life Sciences or related scientific discipline.
  • 1-2 years working experience in Regulatory Affairs is an added advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Competent in Microsoft office (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
