JOB SUMMARY

Establish a trusted relationship with the Business and help in providing Portfolio analysis for Branch Network decision-making using available data and insights. Important to understand Business Needs and transform them in Property outcomes, working together with SMEs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work together with Business and Property teams to establish Retail Portfolio Strategy and track progress
  • Stakeholder management across the Region of delivery teams (Property supporting areas)
  • Analyse and report performance - monitor Metrics that Matter and critical pain points and opportunities for the Asia market related to Branch Network
  • Convert information into succinct compelling stories for the client and their strategy
  • Quality control of information to feed into management reporting
  • Collation of insights from SMEs to inform immediate and other action plans
  • Active collaboration with the Property retail team and Business in the country and region to drive agreed outcomes
  • Establish ways of working that promote best practices and enable operational excellence across a Retail portfolio
  • Collaboration with core regional teams to develop solutions to identified blockers and ensure those are addressed through implementation and execution.
  • Influence cross-functional teams who are responsible for the delivery of regional projects and programs bringing a centralized and standardized approach across Properties aligned with the Global PMO and Global Head of Retail
  • Focus on creating processes centred on continuous improvement and driving man-hour efficiencies (a new client scorecard metric) across the Asia portfolio.
  • Provide strong leadership, solution creation, and analytical skills aligned with strong process skills
  • To establish ways of working that promote best practices and enable operational excellence across the Asia portfolio
  • Maintenance or coordination of central BOW (Book of Work) tracker of activity associated with the Branch Transformation pillar in Asia.
  • Responsibility for setting realistic project and team deliverable deadlines and holding the team to account to deliver against these for reporting and management forums
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Preferable but not limited to Business Administration, Accounting, Data and Analytics or other Administrative Science Degree.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles (P&L, General Ledger, Capitalization, Assets Management, IFRS16, among others).
  • Conducts complex financial / business analysis, including the preparation of complex reports.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.
  • Ability to plan, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and work streams.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptable.
  • Attention to detail, organized and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.
  • Ability to adapt to business environment changes.
