Roles and responsibilities:

Channel Management

Channel/Partner Sales work focusing on face-to-face selling of a variety of medical products, services and/or solutions to the end customer via intermediaries such as distributors and re-sellers (i.e., channels) including:

  • Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors
  • Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services and/or solutions
  • Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques
  • Managing the relationship with the channel partners/distributors.
  • Sales & Product portfolio development and planning; increase sales & market efficiencies for distribution channels and products
  • Brand development, communication & activation initiatives/incentives; increased execution & integrity standards with channel partners
  • Provides insight and develops priorities for sales projects by understanding customer and competitive situation
  • Engages in developing value proposition and product differentiation, optimizing business goals and constraints
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
Business Development
  • Contribute setting achievable goals and objectives for team members for achievement of results through sustainable market studies and reference points.
  • Strategic development of the market through identifying key products aligned with OSP plan and to actively expand the business portfolio through both vertical and horizontal planes.
  • Create necessary eco system in the respective countries, to plan for a sustainable business.
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing result performance and identify root cause with solution, overcoming barriers against result.
  • Execute Emerging Market Strategy according to OCAP/Global EM GTM initiatives
  • And any other tasks assigned by management.

What we are looking for:
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
  • Min. 3 years or more sales experience in channel or account management
  • At least 5 years sales experience with track record, preferably with prior experience in healthcare, medical devices industries or nursing.
  • Prior experience in Channel Management or Sales Experience would be advantageous
  • Demonstrate clearly proven sales track record with detailed examples
  • Preferably have experience on turnkey project management
  • Strong understanding of regional hospitals\' procurement process
  • Clear understanding of product registration, tender participation, and strategy
  • Strong analytical understanding of the changing ASEAN market
  • Proficient in payment terms and tax regulations
