-The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with an Italian MNC, offering end-to-end logistics solutions for companies needing both freight forwarding and 3PL services, and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as a Regional Sales Director! Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the successful incumbent will oversee P&L, sales, account management, talent acquisition, and regional industry relations, while driving strategies for continuous growth in volume and profitability. This is a leadership role, required to manage 4 headcounts.

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
• Work location: East region (near to Expo MRT)
• Salary: basic + AWS + VB + transport & mobile allowances

The Job:

• Generate business leads through internal and external channels.
• Drive customer retention and growth by implementing strategic account planning and building strong relationships.
• Oversee company P&L to ensure overall profitability.
• Manage daily operations and monitor KPIs to achieve performance targets.
• Lead and support regional sales teams to meet targets and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly sales reporting in Salesforce for Management.
• Assist in developing Sales Plans, forecast future business volumes, and conduct regular site/product sales calls.

The Talent:

• Min. 8 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Proven management and leadership experience to lead a team.
• Strong verbal and communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• This role is required to travel overseas for work ~15% of the time.
