  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand sales and build long-term relationships with key accounts in the data center sector.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and support.
  • Team Management: Coach and mentor team members to foster collaboration and achieve organizational goals.
Role requirements
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Engineering/ Business or related fields.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar industry with 10 years in leadership and people management roles.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong technical and sales background, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
