Serve as the central communication bridge between HQ and regional teams to ensure timely updates on projects, decisions, and deadlines. Coordinate cross-functional activities (sales, logistics, operations, marketing) to achieve seamless execution. Drive business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, managing new accounts, and leading turnkey project acquisitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and key property stakeholders. Track market developments, competitor moves, and customer insights to shape sales and marketing strategies. Oversee sales results, service quality, and delivery timelines, escalating issues where required. Support and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and regional events. Travel within countries for business development, project oversight, and client engagement.

Job requirement:

Strong knowledge of APAC market dynamics; prior exposure to China/Hong Kong markets is highly preferred.
