What You'll Do:



Develop and execute regional strategies for corporate and government sectors. Lead multi-country sales teams and drive performance across all markets. Identify new market opportunities and build strong sales pipelines. Standardize sales processes, CRM tools, and best practices across the region. Mentor country sales heads and develop future leaders. Partner with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements.

What You'll Bring:



10+ years of B2B hardware sales experience with at least 5 years leading regional teams. Strong knowledge of corporate and government sectors in Southeast Asia. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across diverse markets.
