They are currently looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to further optimize the growing business operations with a robust and harmonized processes across the APAC region.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Distributors in assigned regions to hit KPI and revenue targets
- Create and manage marketing collateral to support distributor networks
- Manage distributor relations while increasing portfolio coverage
- Launch new products and category segments to capture new and untapped regions
- Manage overall company portfolio and push to distributor network.
- Manage overall budget for the assigned regions
- Manage deadlines and submissions of inventory, forecasting, and purchasing reports
Singapore \xe2\x80\xa2 Permanent
- Degree in any discipline but Marketing and Business is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Distributor management and/or Trade marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with inventory, budgeting and forecasting reports.
- Strategic and Objective oriented mindset
