Summary
HID Global's EAT RFID Business Unit is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the promotion and sales of Omnikey Desktop and Embedded readers across the SEA region. As a dedicated RSM for this region, you will play a critical role in establishing HID's presence in the region, building a foundation for growth by developing new channels, securing key partnerships, and driving the adoption of Omnikey solutions in all key verticals such as Healthcare, Enterprise, Banking, Secure Printing, Surveillance and EV Charging.
The RSM will take full ownership of channel development, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, market penetration, and the growth of HID's EAT RFID solutions, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that the Omnikey product line achieves maximum visibility and success in the SEA market.
The ideal candidate will develop and manage the regional sales strategy, build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers and end customers, and ensure a structured sales process to maximize revenue. A deep understanding of the South East Asia market, business culture, and distribution channels is essential. The role requires proficiency in English (with additional languages like Malay, Thai, Filipino or Vietnamese is an advantage).
