The Regional Sales Manager reports to Country Sales Manager. He/She is responsible for the overseas sales and commercial partnership for the distributor accounts under his/her portfolio. He/She is tasked to optimize value for the product through the distributor markets by building strong sales relationship, driving visibility and distribution excellence, monitoring sales progress, marketing execution and overall account management. He/She interacts with the distributors and develops close working relationship with Marketing, Service and SCM, thereby executing the different job functions relative to business operations. He/She is responsible for managing the Sales of the Export Markets as well as communicating the business direction from senior management effectively.
