Job Summary:



We are currently partnering a leading European manufacturer of food ingredients on their search for a

Regional Sales Manager

to drive growth across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, this role bridges close collaboration between customers, distributors, and headquarters in Europe, supported by a local customer service team and an application centre.





Responsibilities:



Manage and develop regional customer relationships and alternative sales channels Lead new business development across both food and non-food applications, in close coordination with technical and innovation centres Allocate capacities and sell products based on availability, demand, and profitability Provide market insights, competitor updates, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports in the CRM system Continuously optimize sales processes and structures to enhance performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:



Min. 5 years of B2B experience in regional sales or application work within the food or industrial ingredients sector Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Organic Chemistry, or related field Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across cultures. * Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region (around 40-50% of the time) to engage with customers and partners
