Job Responsibilities:

• Achieves/exceeds set bookings, sales and profitability targets. Provides timely and accurate forecasting reports on a monthly basis to achieve business goals & objectives
• Develop detail country plans which embodies critical customer sites for growth initiatives using LCS program & frameworks. Work with sales channel and lead them to develop new business in existing and new markets.
• Leverage local Sales channels and Service teams to identify opportunities and drive the teams to convert opportunities into bookings
• Work with local Sales channel to create detailed business growth plans & forecast for MRO & LCS proactive programs
• Conduct customer site walkdown surveys and provide proposals for value improvement programs/solutions.
• Consults with customers to understand key operational certainty, system reliability and performance challenges especially on plant STO / TA / SDM planning
• Promotes Lifecycle Services Suites program to assist customers\' Operational and reliability challenges
• Thinks out of the Box to achieve sales objectives and growth. Has a strategic bent of mind to capture potential opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 10 years of relevant industrial experience
• Good understanding of valve industry end user needs
• Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth, preferably in MRO Aftermarket business
• Critical thinker, self-directed with proven ability to collaborate and influence change.
• Strong communicator with good presentation & influencing skills.
• Takes initiatives and works in a self-directed environment.
• Self-starter with ability to deal with levels of ambiguity
• Ability to present clear and concise information, internal and external customers
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in both technical and business terms
• Ability to handle multiple taskings and high adaptability to environment
