As Regional Sales Manager, South-East Asia, you\'ll be responsible for driving the sustainable growth of our business throughout the territory. Working with distribution and strategic resellers, you\'ll focus on representing Xilica across ASEAN markets and ensure we aggressively acquire market share with both existing and new products and services coming to market.
What you\'ll do
Collaborate with key distributor(s) and strategic resellers in the territory to integrate Xilica as an essential vendor within their business, maintain mindshare, and drive engagement throughout their business;
Identify, target and acquire new channel partners that support unmet or underdeveloped market segments across core verticals and geographies;
Develop strong strategic partnerships with key end-users, vertical-specific resellers or national SIs (inc. consortia members) to increase penetration of target segments;
Work with centralized marketing and sales support to increase market awareness of Xilica\'s products, services and overall value proposition through field marketing and through-channel marketing (TCM) activity;
Build a pipeline of project-based business both directly and in partnership with the distributor(s) to ensure long-term demand;
Drive awareness and roll-out in territory of the Xilica One Partner Program, including ensuring partner engagement, compliance and use of tools;
Provide ongoing education, training and development to channel partners and distributor to drive higher familiarity with the developing product portfolio;
Liaise directly with product management to provide regular competitor activity updates, market analysis and share product feedback;
What you\'ll need
At least seven (7) years\' of experience in a quota-carrying role as part of a high-performance sales team with deep experience of the channel structure (two-tier distribution, reseller/VAR/SI, specifiers);
Consultative selling style with strong knowledge of the audio-visual or unified communications markets;
Experienced with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise-grade CRM tools;
Deep negotiation skills, relationship building ability and dedicated work ethic;
Results and goal-driven;
Strong business acumen with the ability to create, implement and monitor business plans;
Fluency in English and ability to travel up to 65% international (55% in-region/10% out-of-region);
Bachelors or masters degree in a related field;
