Key Accountabilities\xc2\xb7 Support Product Manager in sales and marketing activities and budget management. Work with various departments in the production and reviews of sales and marketing campaigns/activities.\xc2\xb7 Support local sales team in Product Management functions like orders, shipment, budget, and A&P activities.\xc2\xb7 Drive and manage the sales process, delivery, shipment and inventory of Business Unit\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with stakeholders for samples arrangement, sales order processing, delivery workflow, payment terms and other operations.\xc2\xb7 Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using historical reports and trends.\xc2\xb7 Consolidate and analyse data to create various monthly and quarterly reports.\xc2\xb7 Manage customer accounts such as new account setups, customer account maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Manage monthly forecasting and allocations so as to minimise slow-moving and improve delivery lead time.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Diploma in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with various stakeholders, both internal and external vendors on multiple initiatives and projects.\xc2\xb7 Ability to perform quantitative data analysis and appropriate data visualization using Excel & PowerPoint.\xc2\xb7 Team player with strong analytical, excellent written and verbal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a strong drive to seek improvement and challenge status quo.
