Regional Sales Supervisor (mindanao)
Job Description
C. Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:1. Conducts sales calls in assigned areas. Solicit orders. Follow-up.2. Attends to customer complaints, problems and requests, referring complex ones to immediate superior.3. Conducts inventory and monitors availability of stocks in the distribution outlets. Solicits additional orders.4. Prepares and submits weekly coverage schedule, monthly coverage schedule, weekly sales report and retail store business plan.5. Collects payments from customers based on sales invoices received from headquarters. Issues provisional receipts. Summarizes all collections weekly in the Weekly Collection Report. Sends all reports and collections to Accounting Department.6. Checks on product display and performs merchandising activities in the stores assigned.7. Does prospecting of new/potential accounts. Provides Immediate Superior with market information necessary to maximize sales opportunities in own territory.8. Performs other related duties as assigned.D. Required Education, Technical Capability and Other Career Qualification:
- College graduate, preferably business course
- At least 2 years experience in office work
- Very good communication skills
- Computer literate
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Regional Sales Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
