Summary



Our Client's SEA's business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney.



Responsibilities



Managing day-to-day tasks of sampling planning and execution, including tracking and updating sampling status, ensuring final hand-offs and sample live dates are met. Clear and actively communicate with key internal stakeholders (Brand Partner Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Loyalty, Supply Chain etc) and external stakeholders (brands) on requirements, deliverables, timelines and status throughout sampling lifecycle. Lead monthly Sampling Agility meetings, with focus on managing the sample pipeline, ensuring clear agendas, timely follow-ups, and alignment across all stakeholders (BPM, RGM, Loyalty, Supply Chain etc). Proactively identify and address sampling delivery risks, providing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery of all samples to stakeholders. Program manage all Sampling Open Pitch processes by collaborating with key stakeholders, including presentation creation, scheduling invitations, and ensuring key milestones are met throughout the process. Require strong organizational skills, attention to detail and maturity in handling various stakeholders and brand relationships in a matrixed organisation.
Team Leadership in Building Operation Excellence


You will oversee 1 junior executive (who will be workingly remotely) and foster excellence-oriented mindset Building teamwork capabilities between a 2-person team & ensuring all day to day sampling activities are managed efficiently Overseeing day-to-day operation activities; Training will be provided for the role but you are open to leverage tools and automation ideas to streamline and improve operational processes; develop any operation guidelines deemed suitable, process SOPs & checklists to run this smoothly. Cultivate a can-do approach to continuously improve ways of working with key stakeholders

Eligibility Requirements



Proven 3-5 years of experience in similar operation roles within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment Very familiar with Microsoft tools, building powerpoints, excels etc Excellent project management, business acumen with a track record in delivering successful projects Some experience in being team leader Have good stakeholder management skills Proactive, resilient and agile in driving towards the client's overall goals
