South Asia region is structured around 5 different teams: Operations (Retail Operations, Retail Merchandising, Customer experience and Visual Merchandising), Finances (Finances, Internal control and IT), Human Resources, Legal and Real Estates. The regional office covers 6 Herm\xc3\xa8s distribution subsidiaries: Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Australia, Thailand, India. The Regional Retail Operations department supports subsidiaries strategy across all retail domains: stores, warehouses, e-commerce, call centers and aftersales by implementing efficient operations to ultimately guarantee customer experience in stores and in an omnichannel context. As a major milestone for Operations at Hermes, SAP Retail will be deployed in all countries starting with Singapore subsidiary.MAIN ACTIVITIESUnder the responsibility of the Regional Operations Manager, the SAP Operations Assistant Manager will closely collaborate with Singapore subsidiary and Singapore Operations Director to accompany the deployment of SAP pilot. After Singapore. Deployment will be replicated to other subsidiaries.The SAP Operations Assistant Manager will also have to connect to various stakeholders to ensure the process implemented in Singapore are compliant with local needs, to identify gaps for upcoming deployments and ensure smooth change for all stakeholders.

  • Operations Teams in Singapore and in the Region (approx. 20 individuals across 6 markets)
  • Regional Team: 5 different departments at regional level (Customer Experience, Retail Merchandiser, Internal Control, IT and Legal) and their related local teams,
  • Group Teams in Paris (Operations, Digital, Aftersales)
  • Accenture Consulting Teams locally and in Paris
For each key stream of retail operations:
  • Stores operations
  • Warehouse operations and Supply Chain
  • Ecommerce Operations and Omnichannel services
The SAP Operations Assistant Manager will work in two different office spaces: regional office located at Wheelock and Singapore office located at The Heeren.We are looking for :A process expert driven by efficiency and standardization
  • Participate into Fit/Gap workshops to understand discrepancies between Group Core model and local processes taking into consideration regional needs.
  • Coordinate between local subsidiary and group stakeholders to arbitrate on changes, avoid specific developments and maintain the established core model.
  • Guarantee efficiency in operations, follow up KPIs, seek for improvement in collaboration with local teams and trigger corrective actions when necessary.
  • Participate in the documentation of new processes.
  • Ensure standardization of processes across the region to guarantee best efficiency.
A transversal project manager with strong coordination skills
  • Coordinate various stakeholders to ensure smooth progress, deployments and training across each domain.
  • Consolidate markets needs and issues to report to relevant Teams
A change believer with capacity to train and federate
  • Participate into end users trainings and accompany the change
  • Adopt and diffuse the right mindset
  • Consolidated and diffuse local best practices for continuous improvement regionally
PROFILE
  • Minimum 5 years of experience including 3 years in operations, logistics or supply chain with transversal project management - SAP deployment is a plus
  • Process and systems driven profile with analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • "Hands-on" / "can-do" attitude,
  • Rigor, structure, and organization,
  • Proficient with computer skills and MS Office with very good knowledge on using Excel.
  • Fluent in English
