South Asia region is structured around 5 different teams: Operations (Retail Operations, Retail Merchandising, Customer experience and Visual Merchandising), Finances (Finances, Internal control and IT), Human Resources, Legal and Real Estates. The regional office covers 6 Herm\xc3\xa8s distribution subsidiaries: Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Australia, Thailand, India. The Regional Retail Operations department supports subsidiaries strategy across all retail domains: stores, warehouses, e-commerce, call centers and aftersales by implementing efficient operations to ultimately guarantee customer experience in stores and in an omnichannel context. As a major milestone for Operations at Hermes, SAP Retail will be deployed in all countries starting with Singapore subsidiary.MAIN ACTIVITIESUnder the responsibility of the Regional Operations Manager, the SAP Operations Assistant Manager will closely collaborate with Singapore subsidiary and Singapore Operations Director to accompany the deployment of SAP pilot. After Singapore. Deployment will be replicated to other subsidiaries.The SAP Operations Assistant Manager will also have to connect to various stakeholders to ensure the process implemented in Singapore are compliant with local needs, to identify gaps for upcoming deployments and ensure smooth change for all stakeholders.
