Join a global leader in healthcare solutions, dedicated to driving innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Regional FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting business growth in a dynamic environment.




In this role, you will lead the regional budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. You will perform detailed variance analysis, deliver actionable insights and partner closely with commercial and operational teams to optimise resource allocation and support key initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include developing robust financial models and preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools.




To succeed, you should hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA being highly desirable. You will bring at least 5-7 years of FP&A experience within a multinational corporation, ideally in the healthcare or medical devices industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modelling and data visualisation tools (such as Excel and Power BI), and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix environment and managing multiple priorities will set you apart.
