Job Summary

This role serves as a key HR partner to business leaders and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving the successful implementation of HR programs across the Southeast Asia region. The position plays a strategic role in identifying business needs, offering expert HR guidance, and developing sustainable solutions to address organizational and workforce challenges. A strong emphasis is placed on relationship building and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for designated business units to ensure a smooth and effective integration of new hires.

Employee Engagement & Development

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support change management and organizational development activities. Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, providing strategic HR advice aligned with both HR and business goals. Serve as the HR point of contact for inquiries through the Support Hub, assisting in the resolution of workplace issues. Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair, consistent manner, ensuring compliance with company policies. Coordinate learning and development programs to strengthen employee skills and capabilities.

Performance Management

Support regional performance review and promotion cycles through tracking, reporting, and process facilitation. Assist in managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans where necessary.

HR Services & Compliance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with data protection regulations. Ensure HR practices are compliant with internal guidelines and local labor laws, while balancing operational needs.

Regional Support

Support the Senior Regional HR Manager in driving regional HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with Southeast Asia HR teams.

Other Duties

Carry out additional HR-related tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.
