Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:

The Shopee SEO team is a dynamic, cross-functional group of specialists dedicated to driving organic growth on one of the largest e-commerce platforms. We play a strategic role by working at the intersection of content, product, and technology to ensure that Shopee remains highly visible and competitive in search engines and AI tools.

Work closely with product and development teams to optimise our website with SEO requirements Write clear SEO requirements and acceptance criteria Find Tech/content improvement opportunities across the site Run SEO experiments, define success metrics, implement rollbacks, and share results Continuously monitor and track SEO performance and conduct competitive analysis Requirements and issues liaison from the local SEO team Collaborate with other channel marketing teams on a synergistic project

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Good understanding and experience utilising AI Tools in your day-to-day, and experience developing automation processes to boost productivity Experience with the use of AI and prompt engineering for SEO Basic knowledge and experience of data processing tools and scripting such as SQL, Python, Apps Script, etc Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the WordPress platform is a plus. Sharp attention to detail * Analytical mindset and problem-solver. Data-driven and experienced with dashboards and reporting
