Job Description


We are representing a global biopharmaceutical company in their search for a Regional SFE Manager in Singapore. This is a newly created position as a result of their expansion into the ASEAN region. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implementation of a sales force effectiveness system, including tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • CRM system installation, support, management, and monitoring
  • Rep all plan development, incentives, and compensation calculation

Requirements:
  • A bachelor\'s degree or higher, as well as 3 years of experience in a CRM/sales-related role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) to process data and provide feedback
  • Ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team Ability to be self-motivated and prioritize tasks
  • Leadership abilities to plan and direct small and medium-sized projects and improvements
  • Knowledge of and experience working in the country health care environment is preferred
