Job Description

Our client is a well-established medical device MNC. They are looking for a qualified manager to be in charge of the strategic planning and execution of ethical product marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the overall marketing strategy, as well as the conceptualization and execution of plans.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the brand portfolio, competition, and customer needs in order to support strategy, execution, and market roll-out of brand initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a solid marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, branding, and activation.
• Increase brand portfolio awareness, recommendation, usage, and purchase through active engagement with KOLs
• Develop and apply compelling consumer / patient insights, including conceptualization and market research.
• Develop and differentiate marketing concepts, evidence-based claims, and product experience by providing compelling consumer / patient insights, including conceptualization and market research.
• Creation of campaigns (for local market implementation and roll-out)
• Manage the A&P budget, develop forecasts and assess marketing mix of assigned products to evaluate cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device/consumer healthcare industry.
• Strategic orientation and customer focus
• Strong business partnering, team work and influential skills
