Reporting to the Regional Solution Leader Manager within Darwin Product & Proposition, the Regional Solution Leader will help move our central global and locally supported business models to the next level of integration and collaborative performance.

Within the Solution Leadership function, this individual is the lead market liaison to identify and define product development initiatives, solution requirements, and continuous improvement of supported administrative services to meet the specific propositions of the individual country markets within the APAC region.

We will count on you to:

Use a collaborative approach to lead comprehensive multi-functional market assessments and Darwin gap analyses, utilizing business analysis principles, input from local Subject Matter Experts, and Product Managers.

Work closely with local SMEs, Product Management and UX to actively shape the product strategy for local features and capabilities. This includes defining and prioritizing features based on market needs.

Engage in close collaboration with local SMEs, 3rd party providers, template analysts, and knowledge management specialists to meticulously document market behavior using Confluence wiki.

Build strong partnerships with market leaders, Darwin Local, Global commercial teams, etc. to drive the continuous evolution of the product strategy for local feature capabilities and solutions

Develop an expert level understanding of Darwin to ensure capabilities align effectively with market requirements, as well as be able to rapidly identify and action competitive intelligence and growth opportunities.

Partner with commercial leaders to identify and prioritize new market-opening opportunities.

Facilitate and actively drive country-specific readiness and enablement activities during the introduction of localized solutions. This encompasses supporting commercial training, providing clear guidance, and aiding the successful adoption of new features.

Act as steward of the proposition, promoting excellence through the incorporation of project learnings, robust governance practices, and effective communication strategies.

What you need to have:

Proficiency in project management, governance, and consulting, preferably within the Benefits Administration industry

High capacity to quickly assimilate comprehensive expertise in the domain, including an in-depth comprehension of benefits administration platform functionality and capabilities.

Strong business analysis skills with proven ability to develop, document and maintain technical specifications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with both senior and junior colleagues and create buy-in and fostering adherence to recommendations and best practices.

Proven experience in running and executing large projects

Action-oriented and collaborative doer, able to work independently and act at all levels of organization and need

Versatile and adaptable, able to learn and operate in an uncertain environment with shifting priorities

Fluency in English at a professional level

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

What makes you stand out?

Experience using Jira, or Confluence and MS Visio are a plus

Travel Expectation

Periodic regional travel, very limited out of region travel (Europe)
