Roles & Responsibilities Role Summary As an established technical specialist in Finance Software Solutions, you will play a key role in the Fujifilm Business Innovation Smart Work Innovation regional Centre of Excellence (CoE). In this role you will support customers, operating companies (OpCo) and FX head office to achieve business goals and ensure continuity of success for all stakeholders. With a key focus on technical delivery of financial software solutions, you will be tasked with gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer needs and implement solutions along with OpCos.

You will be the key technical point of contact for all OpCos to guide, mentor, and drive Finance Software Solutions in their respective countries. Your professional, efficient and well documented client interaction will form the basis of successful solution delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction. You will also provide ongoing regional training to support colleagues across the region in growing their skills and taking the initiative on your own continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities

  • Gather functional requirements from customers and develop technical design based on functional requirements
  • Customize the Financial Software products (e.g. Esker, Kofax AP Agility) such as end-user interface, reports and workflow to meet client business requirements
  • Advise clients on P2P and O2C business process best practices
  • Develop test cases to validate the product configurations as specified
  • Document product configurations for clients
  • Trouble-shoot issues that arise while configuring software and ensuring these issues are ultimately resolved to the satisfaction of the project manager
  • Work with sales, BA and technical support teams to resolve issues for clients
  • Identify improvements to software, processes or supporting documentation
  • Mentor and train pre-sales and implementation specialists across the region
Requirements
  • At least 6 to 9 years of experience as a senior software developer or system integrator, focused in areas such as programming, business applications-system integration, trouble shooting and solution design.
  • Experienced in implementing and configuring Accounting Software like Esker, AP Agility etc in areas such as application development, complex code development, application testing, component design
  • Ability to work independently and experienced in working as part of a global team on projects with professionals at all levels
  • Experienced in working with solutions and applications that integrate with other platforms and with web and mobile
  • Experienced in developing product requirements documents and other product management assets and artifacts, including solution design documents with architecture diagrams and detailed description
  • Good knowledge of ERP logics like SAP, JDE or Oracle (AP, FI, MM) or Accounting software (Sage, Coda, SunAccount etc.,)
