The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. About the Team:

The ShopeeFood Regional Business Intelligence & Planning team plays a critical role in supporting ShopeeFood's overall strategy and planning. We drive alignment across markets by standardising processes, establishing best practices, and providing senior management with the data and insights needed for informed decision-making.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and competitor dynamics. Support the business planning process through data gathering, analysis and presentation preparation. Assist in tracking and analyzing key business metrics Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to support performance reviews. Support cross-functional strategic projects, such as operational improvement studies. Drive regional process optimization initiatives - e.g. develop and improve templates, frameworks and documentation for regular business meetings

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Passionate about the tech, e-commerce, or food delivery industry Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months) * Part-time interns who can commit at least 4 working days a week are also welcome to apply
