JOB DESCRIPTION : Department: Regional Supply Chain Management Reports to: Manager Functional relationships: Sales operation and logistics for ASEAN + INDIA sales branches

POSITION PROFILE :
This position enables a seamless and agile supply chain for customer satisfaction and profit maximization as an SCM professional for the sales operation and logistics within the ASEAN and INDIA sales divisions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

• To provide daily support in the operation, system, and logistics for ASEAN + INDIA sales branches.
• To ensure that the supply chain performance such as cost, stock, and productivity are well measured, analyze the data to identify the root cause of the problem.
• To prepare and lead the project with the internal and external party
• Plan and organize workshops and training to enhance supply chain knowledge and motivate the staff.
• Study cutting-edge technology and global trading trends to design and implement new operations.
• Implement a business contingency plan for supply chain disruption (e.g., natural disaster, factory capacity problem).
  

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in the Electronics manufacturing industry.
• Able to work as a team player, independent and proactive.
• To have critical, logical thinking with analytical skills in identifying problems.
• To have a spirit of challenge, a positive attitude towards changes, and effective problem-solving.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Japanese speaking is required to liaise with Japanese and oversea affiliates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills is preferred.
